Hired on Thumbtack
Mr. Allen responded very quickly to my posting and was equally impressive with his punctuality and workmanship. I tasked him with mowing the yard, trimming a few trees, and cleaning up debris throughout the backyard. He completed the work despite working on an extremely hot day and took a lot of pride in his work. I would definitely recommend Mr. Allen for future jobs.

Hopefully this can be a learning experience. We had a scheduled estimate. He text me 8 mins before our appointment time. No greeting or apology for the missed time and inconvenience. Moving forward it’s important to keep a line of communication with current and prospective clients. This was my first experience on Thumbtack and with the business owner. From this experience I wouldn’t recommend Thumbtack nor Allen’s lawn service. Wish the best!
