(1) Very responsive. I inquired around 9PM on a weekend. Didn't expect an immediate response but Richard replied after a few minutes. (2) Very accommodating. I interviewed Richard from Grassology and several other lawn care providers prior to making a decision on who I felt understood my issues and were prepared to solve them. I am extremely happy with the decision to partner with the Grassology team. They are organized, knowledgeable and very professional. I get a reminder text the day before my service will be done as well as a text upon completion..a very nice touch. They also offer comprehensive lawn care if you prefer more than a cut and edge.
