Anastasia was the first teacher i found in Jacksonville who took the time for all new students in her classes. Far too often teachers do not make corrections and cause injury. I could tell from my first class with Ana, over five years ago, that she was not the kind of teacher who would allow you to be hurt and i was instantly comfortable with her and her technique. After doing yoga with Anastasia, i was able to hire her for private classes for my husband, who has debilitiating back pain after a hip replacement. Yoga, and Anastasia, have literally changed his life and he no longer needs to take pain medication thanks to the routine Ana has taught him. i cannot recommend this gentle teacher enough!

Very nice, caring, professional yoga instructor. I never was into yoga, and I ended up in her classes a few times. She knows what she does. I have been wanting to do more yoga since.

As a musician I have collaborated with Anastasia to bring live music to yoga classes. Her open mind and good nature provided a platform to employ music as an additional enhancement to yoga practice. As a yogi observing her teaching I was delighted to see the level of her practice as well as the genuine interest she displayed when helping with posture correction.
