Responded immediately and nice people as well. But they will announce $29 service fee and then once the job is completed they will try to charge $250 for retrieving car keys out of a locked car.

Quote was much lower than price charged. Technician used wrong screws and door knob became loose and fell off within a few months. Company refused to rectify and said they never had that problem. I had to make a trip to hardware store and pay someone else to put the knob back on. Very unhappy with poor quality and overpriced work.
