- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on the customer's belongings and the amount of time estimated. So, no, I don't have a standard pricing system because it wouldn't be fair to either party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask questions that will give us an idea of what personal belongings our new customer wants protected, packed, loaded and transported. We always try to get as many details as possible in order to give the customer a fair quote to move their belongings. Sometimes, if we and the customer deem it necessary for an on-site estimate, we do that free of charge. We feel it is very necessary to inspect every job if there are some questionable objects that may be timely to move. Overall, our most important goal when working with a new customer is meeting their needs and exceeding all expectations along with a great moving experience on both ends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in business administration/management and I have over 20 years of experience on my staff.
