- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $100 a hour with a two hour minimum. We do also have a fuel charge due to high fuel prices at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get to know the customers needs, their home size, where they are relocating to, the type of items in their home, and then we provide an estimate either through pictures or free onsite estimates. If the customer is satisfied and wants to move forward, we book their move and keep in touch with them during the time leading up to their move date to ensure no changes are needed with scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the moving field for over 7 years. I have gone through packing, moving, both in and out of state job training, as well as customer service training during that time.
