- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'd like to make massage affordable for everyone. I will negotiate price. I also offer deals and packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First setting an appointment. Arriving early to do an intake, written or verbal. Listening to the clients expectations and goals for the massage. Then explaining how I will help them achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from the Alpha School of Massage. I've taken continued education courses in headache relief and lower back. My most extensive training has come on the job, treating clients in the field of practice.
