- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and won’t break the bank. But it is also what buys you what you want and how you want it. My pricing is tailored to you. I will always try to work with my customers to negotiate a price that meets their budget if at all possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy taking the time to speak with them and get to know them so that I can help in way that I can. Most people want some one to listen and hear and acknowledge their wants and needs. In doing this I can connect with them. I don’t want them to feel like just another customer. I want them to feel important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a faithful believer and have grown tremendously through my church. My husband and I are part of the leadership and are backed by them. As far as my notary business, I have been a notary for 6 years and have done a multitude of signings of all types. I am a member of the National Notary Assoc plus many other companies and have received lots of training that is on going in order to learn and build my business. I am a certified notary signing agent and have 100,000 in E&O insurance as well as a 25,000 bond. I have also become certified in Remote Online Notary.
