I take acknowledgments: administer oaths/affirmations; make attested copies of certain documents that are not public records or publicly recordable documents, copies of which may be obtained from an official source who maintains those originals; verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs); certify the contents of a safe deposit box; and perform marriage ceremonies.
