- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contingency pricing model. You don't pay unless you win.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The PNC will first speak with an intake attorney to decide the viability of the case. You will get a " yes " or " no " immediately. If we find that you are a good fit, we will send our in-house investigators to gather more information and have the client sign a retainer agreement. From there the new clients case is assigned to a team that will then handle the clients case.
