FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis, which means our clients don’t pay any upfront costs or hourly fees. We only get paid if we successfully recover compensation on your behalf. This allows clients to pursue their case without financial stress or risk. During your consultation, we’ll clearly explain how fees work so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand the details of your situation and determine how we can help. If we move forward together, our team immediately begins investigating your case—gathering evidence, reviewing medical records, and communicating with insurance companies. We handle the legal process from start to finish, keeping you informed along the way, so you can focus on your recovery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attorney Daniel Rudez and our legal team have extensive education and hands-on experience in personal injury law. Beyond formal legal training, we continuously stay up to date on changes in Florida law, insurance practices, and litigation strategies to ensure we’re providing the highest level of representation to our clients.
