My three year old iPad began to have battery issues. The Apple Store at the Town Center is such a nightmare to deal with, so I began searching for another repair option. This little shop advertised iPad repair, and had good reviews, so I took the iPad in for repair. The guys were very patient and advised me to get a new charger and cable-they also replaced the battery. Now the new battery would charge, but not hold the charge. I was given yet another battery, and told if there were any other problems, to return. I waited while the repairs were done-under 20 minutes. These guys were polite and courteous, not to mention helpful in their explanations of the problem. I would not hesitate to return for computer, phone or tablet repair and would recommend them to anyone.

awesome experience! Fixed my iphone’s cracked screen without issue. Funny how the apple store told me that repairing my iphone 8+ screen would be very expensive and hard to match up the edges. 🤷🏻‍♀️ iPhone911 to the rescue!! Thank you for helping me out. Will definitely use your services again and refer.

These guys are the best. Extracted files, documents and pictures from 6 different PC hard drives for $20 less than quoted here on Thumbtack. Finished that job in one afternoon. There is NO better group of guys out there. Professional, courteous and honest. Integrity at it's best. They will get all of my PC and IPhone work. There is no reason to check elsewhere because all you want in a repair store is here. They GET customer service. All very kind, patient and professional. I could write more, but I think you get what I experienced today. Nothing but Good!

    We specialize in screen replacements (which is the most common repair) on all Apple products, but we service a large variety of issues. Liquid damage, software problems, bad home button, broken Mac screens, broken iPad's and iPod's, advice? Those are just a few to mention. Many older gen iPhone's and iPod's experience same issues from everyday use. Those include power button replacements along with the home button.
