Melynda was amazing!! The pictures she took of our daughter's wedding captured all the beauty and emotion of the day. The bride and groom pictures are candid and heartwarming. The pictures of other family members and friends are great....and the pictures of August, the bride's treasured furry ring bearer, are pretty amazing. Melynda took great pictures of all the trappings of the wedding, the gown, the shoes and rings, the decorations, and all with beautiful artist backgrounds. We couldn't be more pleased. Melynda was so easy to work with. She was very helpful, very unobtrusive taking pictures....most of the time we didn't even know she was there ....She took any pictures we asked her to, and spent lots of time making sure she got just the right shots. We felt so lucky to have found her. The pictures we have seen so far are just outstanding. We are SO pleased, and love the memories we can relive over and over through the beautiful pictures Melynda was able capture.

Melynda shot my engagements pictures and she is going to do my wedding as well. She was great to work with. We felt really comfortable and she was very patient (even with our two 6 month old puppies)! She answers emails almost immediately and gave us several edited pictures within two days from the shoot.We can't wait to work with her at our wedding!

Melynda was fantastic, she was our wedding photographer in Jekyll Island, Ga 1/2/16. We spoke on the phone, text, and email prior to the date and she listened carefully to my vision and made terrific suggestions. She arrived a few minutes early and got to work immediately. She was adaptable and flexible, when we decided at the last minute to jump in a van & get some pics at the beach, and made great use of the limited time we had. She could go from being invisible, catching fun candid shots, to directing us to backgrounds, angles, and lighting we had not considered. Several members of our wedding party and family commented on her professionalism and how sweet and personable she is. By the end of the reception she felt like part of the family. We would love to work with her again.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to the Jacksonville Professional Photographers Guild and I attend monthly meetings. Each meeting has a talented, seasoned guest speaker who gives a lecture to further educate all members. I am also a member of Professional Photographers of America which provides online learning.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography was a hobby that we took a step further and turned into a business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs we take are family portraits, maternity sessions, and weddings.
