- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The feedback we get from other customers is that our pricing tends to be middle-of-the road in comparison to our competitors. We don’t want to be the most expensive, but we don’t want to be the cheapest either. We understand quality work and believe that our customer service and job performance is worth it. We would love an opportunity to earn your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make first contact via phone or text, usually depending on how the client communicates with us. We then schedule a free estimate. We provide the estimate through an all inclusive software system that we use. We schedule jobs, accept payments, offer financing, and much more through our system. Once the job is approved, we can get you scheduled as soon as your and our schedules permit. We do our best to effectively communicate throughout the entire process, start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sport has over 20 years experience as a pipefitter. He attends training workshops with Sherwin-Williams and other vendors in the industry. We attend conferences such as the PCMCA (Professional Worldwide Mobile Cleaning Association) and are always looking for opportunities to learn more and expand our network.
