- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices on Thumbtack are very good estimates. I will need an address to lock in a exact quote. However, I aim always to offer a fair price, whether that is higher or lower than the Thumbtack estimate. I also offer significant bundling discounts. It saves significantly on driving time and gas money to do fewer but larger projects. It's only fair to pass those savings onto you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They tend to get a response within minutes during the work day or the day-of after hours. We will settle a price and then a time. Carrying a conversation over Thumbtack isn't always convenient for the customer, so I try to streamline this process as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a student-athlete in the Stanton IB program with a job on the side taught me how to work long days without sacrificing attention to detail. It made me well-organized, punctual, and reliable. Since then, I have been the foreman for a lawn company, a home-builder, and an international businessman. These combine to cover every aspect of pressure washing: the customer, the canvas (your building), and the company, respectively. In the evenings, I am slowly but surely working towards an MBA degree at UNF.
