I wish I could leave so many more stars for this company. I cant describe the beautiful work and integrity but I will try anyway. I called at 5pm on a Thursday to schedule a pressure wash for the back of my house as I am getting married in 2 weeks in the backyard. Darnell was at my house by 6pm !! I only wanted the back of house and a portion of my fence that was turning green done. He worked his butt off till dark, then informed me he would have to come back and finish to do it properly. Completely understandable but now I have to pay for a service that wasnt finished. WRONG ! DARNELL REFUSED TO TAKE ANY MONEY FROM ME UNTIL HE CAME BACK TO COMPLETE THE JOB !!! ( A great majority of business owners lack that type of integrity) Darnell showed up as planned the next morning. When he was finished my fiance and I were so blown away with how great it looks that we decided to ask him to redo the front and driveway. ( I had previously done it myself but after seeing his work compared to mine it was a no brainer to ask him to fix it for me. ) I not only feel like I got the best service and best price in town, I feel like we gained a new friend in our community. We are a small company so our prices can be unbeatable but we still are in business for the long run.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically can quote on google earth then after we agree on fair price for us both...Boom you go from thinking you need a paint job to my house looks new and my wife’s happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning and pressure washing for a few years.I also have a residential and a commercial unit.
