- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are competitive. I believe we are at or below market for property management, Tenant placement and real estate sales.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would need to know which street the home is on & the zip code, how many beds, how many baths, how many square feet & if there's a pool or hot tub. I would also need to know what the owner is looking to get for a rental amount per month. For a sale I would need to know what price the owner is looking to get & for a purchase I would need to know how much the buyer is looking to spend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Received my Florida real estate license in 2004. Received my Florida Brokers license in 2019. I've worked for local, national & global property management companies for 15 years. I've attended multiple property management courses. Bachelors in Business Jacksonville University 2010. Associates in Financial Services from Florida Community College at Jacksonville. For both degrees I had to pass a lot of business related courses.
