- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a free consultation—either virtual or in person—to understand your goals, property details, and any specific needs you may have. From there, we develop a custom short-term rental strategy, which may include listing creation or optimization, interior design recommendations, pricing setup, and onboarding into our management system. Once everything is in place, we take over the day-to-day operations: guest communication, dynamic pricing, turnovers, and maintenance coordination. We provide regular updates and performance reports, so you’re always in the loop while we handle the rest. Our goal is to create a hands-off, profitable, and worry-free experience for you.

Our team at Jax Digital Media brings a strong background in hospitality, property management, and digital marketing—all key elements for successful short-term rental operations. We've completed Airbnb Host Education programs, and have hands-on experience managing and designing high-performing listings across Florida. In addition, we continuously train in dynamic pricing tools, guest communication best practices, and interior design trends to ensure every property we manage stands out and performs at its best.
