- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an intake call either onsite, virtual, or by phone to gain knowledge property management needs. Typical scenarios include: 1. You need your property rented. 2. You need your vacation property managed or would like to take advantage of our arbitrage services . 3. You need a background and/or credit check completed on potential tenants. 4. You need your vacation property cleaned or deep cleaned. 5. You need us to take over the vacation property completely and just receive a rent payment.
