- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a child, my parents always managed their own properties. I knew since then I always wanted to have my own company and buy, sell, invest and manage real estate. Real Estate has always been a passion and I love what I do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Screening tenants and verifying information given. Showing property and matching tenants with suitable rentals they can afford. I will complete all coordination of necessary repair work and prep work to maximize the condition and ongoing maintenance of your property.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask if you or your tenants have 24/7 access to your property manager, or do you have to talk to a secretary, maintenance coordinator, etc. Find out how often your property is inspected by a drive-by and how often an interior inspection is done. Compare all rates. Is the property manager a member of the local Chamber of Commerce
