My name is Tia Rucker, and I am a Realtor in Jacksonville Florida, primarily focusing on property management. My brokerage is a small, family-oriented company in Jacksonville. I decided to become a realtor after experiencing a frustrating search for a rental home. I viewed countless properties, contacted numerous companies, and submitted multiple applications, but received nothing in return but waisted money and no responses.....It was then that God inspired me with the realization that I have a passion for houses and people. Every weekend, I found myself exploring model homes and vacant properties, all the while God was showing me where he was taking me. That’s when it clicked... You could be the ideal property manager that others would want. In my years of searching for my passion I’ve held some amazing jobs and waisted so much time never finding that fulfillment I was looking for. However, since embracing this new path, I have finally found my purpose. God granted me the opportunity to leave my 7:30-4:30 job with the Duval County School Board, allowing me to focus on my goals, which includes my God, my husband, our children, our families,and my awesome career.
