- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a tenant placement fee of 50 % of the first month’s rent, a monthly management fee of $200.00 for each month the property is tenant occupied and a $ 250.00 lease renewal fee. We also offer an optional Owner Assurance package that includes rent protection, eviction protection, tenant procurement protection and a tenant procurement guarantee. More information can be provided upon request, certain conditions apply. Please be advised there is a $ 40.00 monthly fee in addition to the monthly management fee. We have no startup/ upfront fees, maintenance upcharges etc. There is also no cancellation clause or termination fee. Most, if not all, companies have a minimum exit fee of at least a few hundred dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the client's needs, putting together a plan to meet those needs, explaining the process including fees, tenant placement, inspections, what to expect before, during and after a property is managed by Valiant.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in real estate 23 years in Northeast Florida, having been a commercial agent, worked in real estate appraising, a property manager, director of a property management division for a national franchise and currently the Broker/ Owner of Valiant Realty.
