- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen, learn, and life checks are essential starting points. Meeting people where they are and creating practical, attainable action plans to help them achieve small wins and short term goals in order to achieve their long term intentions is the primary and guiding goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a doctorate in Higher Education and Organizational Leadership; a Master's in Adult Education; and a Bachelors in English. I am a certified Student Leadership Challenge facilitator; Phi Theta Kappa Leadership instructor; and EMSI Career Coach Certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for people and am genuinely invested in their success. I did not grow up with a network of support, but rather sought out champions and in the process, have dedicated my life to serving in that role for others in transition and ready to experience personal transformation.
