About a month ago, I noticed a water mark on the ceiling of my old house. After researching websites and businesses in person, I decided to have a representative from Galaxy Builders come to my home for inspection and estimate. After accepting the estimate, two weeks was spent in getting permits and approval through the historical society. The following week, my roof was gutted and replaced with alterations from the old roof that would prevent standing water from happening on the new flat roof. The process seemed complicated to me in that coordination between the materials arriving, dumpster arriving, staff and supervisors arriving, and dumpster leaving, all was completed on-time and with courtesy, cleanliness, and completeness of the job in the specified time. I will use them again if and when needed in the future. Thank you all for taking such great care of my 100+ year old home.

Galaxy Builders has now done 2 jobs for us. We had all our windows replaced and French Doors installed in 2019 and most recently (2020) they did our guest bath remodel. They are a fantastic company to work with! We met Mike Rooff first when we installed the windows/door. He was very informative and not pushy which is definitely right up my ally. I think what I appreciate most about them is their communication and they show up (on time!) Mike would always get back to us by the end of the day if we had a question about anything. We always knew what was happening and when it would be happening. The quality of work on the Windows/Door absolutely met my expectations.The bathroom was a different process, but the quality was still top notch. There was a lot more back and forth for decisions and timing, but again their communication is better than any company I've worked with.I want to give high praise to their new Project Manager, Nick, as well. His attention to detail on the bathroom really helped me feel confident we would be 100% satisfied with the finished project and we were!!Thank you Galaxy!! Excited to start our next project :)

At Galaxy Builders Inc., we provide premium quality products and workmanship for a great value. We offer long term and short term financing options so your project can get done when you need it most.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact you and speak to you about how we can help you as a roofing and remodeling contractor. Next, we'll schedule an appointment to inspect your roof and meet with you face-to-face or via zoom. After our inspection, we'll then discuss the options and our recommendations to get your roof or windows back to great shape. It must first be know, we are not a high pressure company. We want you to be comfortable with your decision to get your roof or windows installed by us. High pressure situations always leave room for doubt that you haven't chosen the right contractor for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years of combined construction experience and have been consistently doing roofs, windows, and siding in the northeast Florida area for 17 years.
