Thank you, Mike & Ricky for our new roof. I was very pleased with the prompt response, quick follow up as well as the quality of the work. Ricky took the time to walk me through all of my options and provided helpful info and documentation on each suggestion. I was most impressed by the suggestion of a membrane which will save me a significant amount of money on our home owners insurance. Galaxy provided all the documentation, photos and wind mitigation report to provide to my insurance to qualify for discount. I highly recommend Galaxy Builders for anyone looking to replace their roof or any home improvement project. I will be using their services again in the future.

We had a number of random roofing companies canvassing our neighborhood last year en masse, offering free inspections and assistance filing claims for the storm. It all rubbed me the wrong way and just felt seedy, but our roof was definitely in need of repair.Enter Galaxy Builders - they came on the recommendation of a friend, and they definitely let their work speak for themselves rather than soliciting door to door. Mike Rooff (AWESOME guy) came over to our house, answered my arsenal of questions and then some, and left behind plenty of professional, informative pieces of info on how theyd install the roof, including shingle samples, color pallets, and pictures to help visualize them.They did help sort through the claim process, and had the work scheduled to go literally 5 days after the claim was accepted. It took their guys from 8a-4:15ish to install the roof and complete cleanup....and that was it! They even performed a wind mitigation study afterwards to help with our homeowners insurance, and it was as painless a process as putting a roof on your home can be.I dont typically write online reviews, but good work deserves to be shared with others in a like position. Please consider Galaxy Builders, just as I did and will for any future home construction/renovation needs.Thanks,Andy

At Galaxy Builders Inc., we provide premium quality products and workmanship for a great value. We offer long term and short term financing options so your project can get done when you need it most.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact you and speak to you about how we can help you as a roofing and remodeling contractor. Next, we'll schedule an appointment to inspect your roof and meet with you face-to-face or via zoom. After our inspection, we'll then discuss the options and our recommendations to get your roof or windows back to great shape. It must first be know, we are not a high pressure company. We want you to be comfortable with your decision to get your roof or windows installed by us. High pressure situations always leave room for doubt that you haven't chosen the right contractor for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years of combined construction experience and have been consistently doing roofs, windows, and siding in the northeast Florida area for 17 years.
