FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military and senior citizens discounts and are competitive in every way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first step would be our project estimator setting up an appointment with the potential customer. Once the scheduled appointment time comes we’ll knock on the door, introduce ourselves and kind of get a quick brief of what exactly the customer is looking to accomplish. After that we will walk the roof to inspect and measure the area plus check for any visible storm/hail damage. If any storm/hail damage is discovered we will then discuss options pertaining to filing an insurance claim.(We have helped hundreds of customer’s get approved through insurance, some of whom had no idea that they even had storm damage or that insurance would pay for a storm damaged roof.) If there is no damage to file a claim on we will show the customer material options, (we have many brand options and are not affiliated with, or pressured to sell any particular brand) once the customer has chosen a material we will provide an estimate for the customer by either email, or if email is not an option we will use our mobile printer and print the estimate right on the spot. The estimate will be detailed line by line indicating the options chosen to be quoted. We will also leave the customer a shingle sample packet to review the color options and choose a color. When the customer is ready to move forward with the project all we would need is a few signatures, the color choice, and security deposit then we can schedule the project for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of experience, well over a thousand projects completed, contractors license, plus we are regularly trained by the different manufacturers reps on the newest features, warranties and methods of installation for each of the different products that we install.
