- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each assignment is based on a Threat Assessment. The Assessment is conducted in most cases in various forms. The important factors in assessing for an assignment are: Location, Times, Days most importantly the Reason. Something to consider is length as well (short term/long term). Our pricing is based on the results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a detailed interview with the prospect to ascertain the necessary info to perform threat assessments, which area based on client needs. The threat assessment process on average is conducted in a tri-fold form, which area efforts in getting the consumers the best coverage given the circumstances. Once completed the consumer is given our professional recommendations for service based on the results of the assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our members are considered specialists at what we do. Each member undergos in-service training, state mandated and agency mandated training to enhance our services in which we provide.
