All Purpose Moving Service was worse than horrible. If you only read this far DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Found them on ThumbTack.com and before the move, they were nice and responsive. The move cost us more than we budgeted. Even though I supplied some materials (moving wrap) I was charged $100/hr more for the movers wrapping my furniture. One of the 2 movers used our bathroom to go #2 a couple a times. The whole move took about 10hrs. Once we were in our new place, I turned on two 32" flat screens that are for my kids and to my dismay there was in internal crack or vertical lines of death. I recorded and took pictures and sent it to Jennifer from the moving company. Her response, "TVs are a valuable and we used it every day. There is no way someone will wait days to turn on their tv. There is no proof for us to say the movers did the damages. It has been days since your move" We moved late Thursday evening and didn't turn on the 2 televisions until Saturday morning since we were still unpacking and didn't have Wi-Fi set up yet. I asked Jennifer 2-3 days before the move in she or the movers wanted to stop by to see what we needed moved and I suggested FaceTime just so that moving day could go smooth with no issues or surprises. She declined both proposals since we were being charged by the hour and the specific instructions I gave the movers fell on deaf ears and the move took longer than it needed to and cost us more than we initially budgeted. There is no way I can anything positive at all about my experience with All Purpose Moving Service. I can only hope to save someone else from the same mistake I did.

Hi I’m sorry you feel like this . You are our only disappointed customer. We are sorry we can not pay for the cost of your 4 unruly children breaking the tv. You called 2 days laters to say the tv is broken. There is no way your wife didn’t notice a broken tv but notice the mover using the bathroom twice in 10hrs.
