He discovered moisture behind fiberglass in the shower from two random pvc pieces of pipe pushing on it from the ceiling. He took pictures for me every step of the way and with the best workmanship I have seen in a long time. He spent four days and a morning with extreme professionalism and pride in what he does. The bathroom and ceiling and paint and all the patching make it look brand new!! I would recommend him for any and every job. Im a Property Manager and have dealt with lots of contractors and handymen and he is AMAZING and his price GREAT!! if I would’ve had to file a claim with my insurance company regarding any mold moisture behind my walls, I would’ve have paid thousands and thousands. I paid a little over 1400 and could not believe how much work and effort he put into my rental home. I couldn’t be happier and can’t say enough about his work ethic and workmanship.
