- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t believe in fixed packages for everyone because every business is different. Pricing depends on what you need and how involved the work is. That said, I try to keep things fair and flexible, especially if we’re working together long-term or combining multiple services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to understand your business properly; what you do, what you’ve tried before, and what you’re aiming for. After that, I usually do a quick review of your current setup (ads, social media, website, etc.) and suggest a clear plan. Once we agree on the direction, I get started and keep you updated as we go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of what I know comes from hands-on experience working with different clients and projects. Along the way, I’ve also kept myself updated with courses and industry trends, especially in SEO, paid ads, and analytics. Digital marketing changes fast, so I make sure I stay in the loop.
