Introduction: As a professional life coach, I am passionate about helping others to find and claim their most fulfilling professional and personal lives. I advocate for my clients on their behalf and help them uncover their own self truths at pivotal points in their lives. As a consultant, I have assisted others with finding career direction, deal with stress and time management, goal setting, and other key areas of change that leads to more balanced lives that better reflect clients’ personal values, spiritual values and priorities. For the past 10 years, I have helped small business owners, both for-profit and nonprofit in building successful start-ups. In addition, I teach professional development workshops on a wide range of topics, including work-life balance, personal development, networking, resume writing skills, professionalism, communication skills, and alternative careers. Today, I offer a wide range of coaching programs and services, from individual coaching to seminars and keynote speeches. Prior to starting a coaching practice, I have 19 years of experience in project planning, supporting major research and development initiatives in a Fortune 500 medical device manufacturing company with Johnson and Johnson. My areas of expertise are quality assurance, technical writing, developing and validating test methods, protocol execution, project management, product development, data analysis, regulatory affairs, and patent research. I studied business management with the University of Phoenix. I have championed collaborative multifunctional national and international teams on Acuvue Contact Lens product design, development, manufacturing, and new product launch. My experience in this position brings an intellectual curiosity to my coaching that is grounded in practicality, while simultaneously holding your best self and wildest dreams as attainable.
