- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
depending on square footage of yard is the price we come up with. also we take into account the condition of the yard e.g leaves, fallen trees, weed pulling etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
always have great customer service and always being punctual. it is very important to gain the trust of a customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cutting yards since i was in high school. I learned so much from summer jobs working for different companies.
