Robbie was incredibly patient with me when our home flooded he did the emergency mold remediation. He was super professional and had a great system for documenting damage and work that he was completing for us to submit to insurance. Robert came on a short notice. I am selling my house that is waterfront and a home inspector had stated that there was water in a wall. Robert came in very knowledgeable with equipment that truly showed what the moisture content was in every wall. He used an infrared camera and a meter that showed the moisture in the wall was 45%. That was the humidity in the house. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything in terms I could understand and showed me where some caulking was needed. He was very polite. I felt very confident in him and his knowledge. I will keep his card and call him if I need him again.

Robert was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came out immediately to my flood and went straight to work. We had a roof leak with internal damage into our living room and when I called I was really worried. Rob answered personally and made us his next stop. He looked at everything inside and up on our roof and took his time to explain everything he saw. The very next day he had his crew at my home to start work which ended up preventing a lot of mold and damage. They secured everything, removed anything that couldn't be saved and dried up the area using equipment that ran for 3 days to ensure nothing was missed. Once we found a roofer to assess the damage we were told that Rob and his team did an excellent job. We were so relieved. In our case we needed a whole new roof as it turns out, so not also having mold and other problems on top if that was a relief. We also have very young children in our home and preventing mold or breathing problems was a priority. I highly recommend Rob and his team, they are timely and truly care!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. On site inspections are scheduled with the clients to see the full extent of the issues. Estimates are provided at no cost for the services requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet at the property to inspect and get to know the needs to of the client and the project at hand. We work to provide a path for repairing the property to meet the needs and wants of the client. Once we inspect and written estimate outlining the scope of work is sent over for review. Once scope and cost of services are agreed to, then the project will begin. Depending on the project, work may start immediately or can be scheduled to fit the schedules of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years in the industry at all levels of the job. Currently hold national IICRC certifications as well as State of Florida license for mold remediation, EPA lead renovation and repair certification, and State certified general contractor.
