- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate pricing, so the price you're quoted includes the parts, labor, and warranty—no hidden fees or surprise charges. We also offer discounts for many members of our community, including seniors, first responders, teachers, military members, and more. Before any work begins, we'll review your options and make sure you approve the price, so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with listening. We want to understand the problem you're experiencing, how long it's been going on, and how urgent it is. Every customer's situation is important to us, and we treat your plumbing issue with the same care and attention as the next. From there, we'll find a day and time that works best for you—even if that means adjusting our schedule to help meet your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed journeyman plumbers, master plumbers, and gas-certified plumbers. In addition to their experience and certifications, all of our technicians participate in weekly continuing education and safety training to stay current on industry standards, new products, and best practices.
