I was looking for a good quality water softening system for my house as the water is quite hard where I live in JAX. I called a few companies to come over and took quotes for a softener system. The quotes varied in price wildly. I am glad I found Top quality water. They are a family business. I found them to be very responsive, honest and forthright in their dealings. Got a very reasonable estimates with the details on the softening system they would install. I felt comfortable with them doing the project for me. They installed a great quality water softening system on a day of my choice. The water hardness is now gone and water even tastes much better (took a few regent fro water taste to get better)
I would highly recommend anyone looking for water softening system for their house to consider this company.

Really great service! Messaged them over the weekend and they came on time the following Tuesday and everything was done perfect. Softener is a nice digital system and they ran a pipe through my garage as my builder didn’t have the setup in place for one. Price was cheaper than the previous 3 companies I chatted with. Would highly recommend using this company. Friendly, affordable, and efficient - thank you!!

Hand built tanks from a small family business. The quality is superior compared to these other “water treatment” companies. I called and they came out the next day with a hand built tank for my specific water needs. The service was fast, efficient, and easy. It’s great just how simple it is to get in touch with the owner.
