- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To be honest my pricing isn't all that complicated. I know what I'd like to make per hour and go from there. However, I'm always willing to negotiate for the sake of the client. If they are wanting more than one thing I'm more than happy to bundle it to make pricing more reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a few questions to see what the client is looking for and then go from there. Typically clients know what style of logo or website they like so if they can provide a sample or two that always helps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from one of the top design schools in the country, The School of Advertising Art (SAA in Kettering, Ohio). I also have a certification in Photography as a Still photographic journeyman from the Department of Defense Still Photography School. I have been a designer since 2007 and have done work for Disney, Nickelodeon, Dreamwork's Pictures, Nike, Reebok, NFL, UFC, NBA, PGA, NHL, MLB, NCAA and more. I also have artwork in several major stores throughout the as well.
