Marc is easily the most knowledgeable, down-to-earth IT professionals that we have ever dealt with. When a nasty virus circumvented our AV program (Total Defense) and restored our computer to it's factory settings--to include wiping the hard drive clean, and reformatting it--we found Marc to be the only beacon of hope for restoring the 10,000 or so memories we had stored on our system. He is extremely conscientious, letting us know where he was in the process along the way, and very empathetic to our plight.
