MJ has been a great wellness coach. I have had issues with dysautonomia for several months. Then I found Sacral Bloom Wellness. My life has changed for the better. MJ is extremely patient and attentive. She provided personalized guided-meditation plus yoga. Our breath work sessions have also helped improved my nervous system. She even created a playlist and affirming audio recordings for me when I told her about my travel anxiety, which I listened to on my 8- hour flight to Europe. If truly recommend her to anyone looking for a life-changing experience. 10/10.
