Karina did an excellent job in making during all of the details were taken care of. She made time for us and was very responsive. We really appreciated the fact that we could get her advice on everything from cocktail options to the amount of mixers we should purchase. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a bartender.

Karina was easy to work with from the start. We had a Christmas party at our house with 30-40 people. She emailed me a list of what alcohol and mixers she thought would be needed for a complete bar and the ingredients to buy for a Christmas specialty drink. She offered to shop for me to make it easier if necessary. I asked Karina to come earlier at the last minute and she arrived 10 minutes before the new agreed time. She was self sufficient setting up the bar without having to interrupt me getting those last minute things done before the guests arrived. Karina was super friendly and everyone was extremely happy with her bar service. She stayed much later than the agreed ending time and was happy to do so, and left her area clean when she left. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to others. Thanks Karina!

We called a week before our party and Karina had a bartender available to do our party. Karina was very easy to deal with and very professional. She came to our home a few days before to understand the set up and make sure everything went smoothly. Our bartender Natasha was on time and made great drinks. I highly recommended using their services for any party in need of a bartender.

Karina Mixes It Up and staff came to our rescue after Top Flight the Mixology Experts LLC took our $200 deposit and stopped all communications with us a few days from our scheduled Ugly Christmas Sweater Party. Karina was great coming up with a signature cocktail for our party and being able to make us a priority on just 4 days notice. Her staff was excellent and the talk of the party. I will definitely be a lifetime customer from this day on. AAAAAA+ service.

We hired Karina for our Halloween party so that we could control the drinks and make sure there was no underage drinking. She did a fantastic job. Beautiful display and she was early to set up!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FOR NEW YEARS EVE (12/31/23) this are the prices:
$600 for 4 hours bartending services and 2 hrs for set up & cleanup. Tip jar allowed.
$300 for 6 hours of wait staff services.
Any other days these are our prices:
We typically charge:
$400 for a 4 hour party including set up and clean up.
We can bring ice, fruit garnishments, non alcoholic mixers, sodas & water for a fee. We also work with dry ice and smoker.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk on the phone get more details about the customers overall vision for the event to make it a stress free event for client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed bartender. I went to 786-Bartend school in Miami.
I have gone through many trainings with my employers at Hard Rock Stadium, American Airlines Arena and International Speedway Corporation.
All staff are certified and have many years of experience.
