I hired Jorge to replace floor tile in my bathroom and install a shower door. I ordered the supplies and he installed. Before I purchased everything Jorge came to my house and measured to make sure I bought the right amount. The installation went smoothly! Quality work, showed up on time and great communication. I highly recommend.

I am writing this review reluctantly, as it is the first poor review that I have ever felt compelled to post after contracting more than half a dozen renovations. I initially hired Jorge for a bathroom renovation because of his likable manner and positive reviews, opting for his quote—the highest of three—because I prioritized quality over cost. Unfortunately, the experience was defined by poor workmanship and a disregard for safety and property. For example, despite a contract specifying concrete Durock, he attempted to install 'green board', not code for a shower enclosure. His arrival times were consistently late (routinely 11 AM vs. the agreed 8:30 AM), leading to rushed, "corner-cutting" results. Major issues included: Safety Violations: He hardwired an LED mirror into the wall without a junction box, creating a code violation and fire hazard. Property Damage: He gouged faucet handles and left deep scratches and divots in my quartz countertop by failing to protect the surface from his tools. Poor Craftsmanship: He used chipped tiles despite having a 20% surplus and the grout began failing within a month requiring repair and replacement. I have since had to hire an electrician, a plumber, a tiler, and a stone specialist to repair his mistakes. I cannot recommend his services.
