Chris was great. Highly recommend. Was having some issues with the drain or condensation being backed up a week or so after installation of a brand new unit and air handler and he was very responsive. Unit is working great and has set up someone to come out to take a look at it to ensure everything is draining properly so unit does not kick off or misread the temperature in my townhome. Thanks again for the stellar customer service
