I have a one story house, no cool air was blowing in for about 3/4 days (prior to me finding him on Thumbtack) and my children thankfully would be in school during the high of the sun, it was a terrible feeling, the air felt concentrated , nights were better because temperatures went down,anywho. Chris diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix to our over due issue(we will need a whole new system ) and we were finally in some fresh cold air again! This Family of 6 thanks you! From 87degrees inside our Home to our comfortable cool 74.
Chris was able to explain to my Sister and I what was going on, gave recommendations and kept us informed on products and services that’d best work.

A.C blowing warm air and we’ve had this issue before but wanted a different company with a better price. I came on this app and ask for quotes. My AC unit decided to give me trouble on a Friday afternoon heading into the 4th of July weekend. The condensation from the unit was very high and the secondary pan was filled with water. The sensor went off and stopped the unit. I had called a company before calling Chris to come out and see the unit. The other company told me that the AC unit was old, no need to repair it but replace it! Asking over $7,000. I really disliked how they came in and diagnosed my issue. I then called Chris and he was at my unit within 30 minutes-he diagnosed the issue and shook his head when I told him that I was just informed to replace the whole unit. Chris is a first class person and was honest with me. He provided me a fair quote and delivered with his work. Chris and Greyguard gained a client. I highly recommend Chris & comp. Thank you Chris.
