Chef Jess Catering recently catered an event for my business, this was a food, whiskey & cigar pairing dinner. Jessica provided several excellent small plates to begin the evening, as well as a main course which paired well with the cigars & whiskey. I received multiple compliments throughout the evening on the quality and originality of the menu. I plan on hosting similar events in the future, and am counting on using the services of Chef Jess Catering!!

Chef Jess is very easy to work with. She add lots of helpful hints depending on your skill level. I was amazed how simple it can be to make sauces and dressings from scratch rather than buying them in a jar at the store.

Chef Jess handled everything , from planning the menu, securing a bartender and server for us, and preparing the food. The quality, taste and presentation of the food were all excellent.
