Spoke with Dylan via email through Thumbtack. He was Buick to answer. He was honest about how they work and responded to my concerns about damaging shrubs and plants with the chemical cleaner. He was able to get the job done within a few days. There were a couple of plants damaged in the process but he came out to see me and them replaced the plants no problems.
