Mike & Jason are awesome. Mike helped get me booked and never made me feel like a pest.. when asking questions. Jason was informative and kind. I felt he did a thorough inspection. He was very careful to seek permission for how I felt comfortable with him entering the properly which as a woman alone with a baby, felt assured. Thanks Blue Door team! These guys are LIFE SAVERS ! My short term rental guests recently complained of rodents in my rental home! A hosts nightmare! I frantically contacted Blue Door & some others. Mike was so patient with explaining everything to me, as I’m completely clueless, and he was able to send his technician Jason THE SAME DAY. As if that’s not great enough, Jason was extremely thorough and treated my guests with professionalism and kindness, while minimizing their fear and disgust with the situation. He took care of the problem quickly and thoroughly yet with stealth and minimal disturbance, which is IMPERATIVE for a short term rental host. Avoiding bad reviews in situations like this means everything, so choosing the right tech is crucial. I’m really happy I came across these guys and I will definitely be using them again in the future for any of my pest control needs . Their pricing was also the most competative, so don’t even bother looking elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Clean work. No mess left behind. I decided to continue using them for regular maintenance.
I received an initial response almost immediately (sent my request around 9:30pm). We talked through my situation/concern (I killed a mom spider and she released her babies) and Blue Door provided comfort that they would handle it and came out the next day. Pricing was excellent and the technician was knowledgeable and efficient.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first, intensive, full home inside-out treatments are Thumbtack discounted for new customers. We then ensure you’re continually protected from the same neighborhood pests with recurring treatments every 60 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed and trained on the most current pest control treatments and solutions. All employees going through an extensive vetting and background check to ensure safe and quality service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
