I am a Loan Signing Agent, I am usually hire to bring unsigned loan documents to the borrower, positively identify the client and notarize all the necessary loan documents. I also do fingerprinting and I notarize other kind of legal documents. I just completed an assignment with National Fingerprint, Inc. I have completed over 1.000 closing in the past 8 years of my commission. I have completed a loan closing with Negretes Notary and another closing with American Signing Connection
