- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the project, site conditions, materials selected, and the level of preparation required to ensure a quality installation. Every estimate is detailed, transparent, and provided at no cost. We believe in doing the job right the first time using proper base preparation and quality materials, so there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. If additional work is discovered after the project begins, we discuss it with you first and obtain your approval before proceeding
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a free on-site consultation where I meet with the homeowner, discuss their vision, evaluate the property, and answer any questions. I then provide a detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, pricing, and timeline. Once the proposal is approved, we schedule the project, order materials, and keep you informed throughout the process. I personally oversee every job to ensure it is completed to the highest standards with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. My goal is to make the entire experience straightforward, professional, and stress-free from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from decades of hands-on experience in the hardscape and masonry industry. I am a fourth-generation stone and brick mason and began learning the trade as a teenager, working alongside my family. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience installing paver driveways, patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, and custom hardscape projects. Before moving to Florida, I owned and operated a successful hardscape company in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire area for more than 10 years, completing projects ranging from residential homes to large upscale properties. Today, I bring that same level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism to every Palm Scapes project. I continue to stay current with industry best practices and manufacturer installation guidelines to ensure every project is built to last.
