After hiring them to fix my pool skimmer, a technician accidentally broke a valve during the repair. However, I was impressed by Matt's willingness to take responsibility for the situation. He acknowledged the communication gaps and offered to replace the broken valve, which was the resolution I was hoping for. Matt with clear blue pools was amazing! I had a situation with my pool and tenants coming and they went above and beyond to help me! What’s more we mapped out a phased approach to do minor fixes so that my pool is always clean!!! The knowledge and professionalism was truly five star!!!!
