We have had Robert work with us to develop an internet web page almost twelve years ago for our small family business. During the years he has been very helpful in updating the site as the projects we worked on would progress. We would send him the updated information via a DVD and he would usually have the updates done by the next day after receiving it. He has also offered us options to improve our site that we would agree to incorporate as technology changed. Robert has always responded extremely fast to our emailed questions as well as phone calls made when a message was left. His quick response has always amazed me. If I had to offer an improvement thought to enhance our experience so far, it would have to be developing a way for our site's visibility on search engines to be enhanced for those looking for our services. Robert had my website designed and up and running in no time after just a short initial consultation. I was able to view the progress of the design, provide feedback, or just ask questions along the way. It was fully operational, including payment functionality, in just a few days. Any adjustments or enhancements to the website I've requested were implemented immediately. Even routine questions are answered within a very short time (minutes to about an hour). What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet my potential clients face to face ( if atall possible) at least once, to discuss the project at the hand. From there a final proposal is drafted, and we're ready to begin development. During the development process the client is always included and able to ask questions, request changes etc.
