- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is per hour per Valet Attendant. The bigger the event or Venue the more Valets will be staffed hence a less hourly rate per Valet Attendant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very seamless. Typically a new customer will call our office to go over specific details. From there we send over an official quote and once accepted you are ready to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an extremely selective hiring process. Our employee standards supersede other Valet companies standards. Our Valets have an extensive background in the hospitality and customer service industries along with superior motor vehicle operational skills.
