We used Safeway parking a couple different times between Tampa and St Petersburg. More recently at Whiskey Joe's in New Port Richey. They where very attentive and went the extra mile to open all the doors for the people in my truck. I ended up having to come back out to the truck for a gift on the back seat and it was raining at the time but the valet attendent ran out to my truck with an umbrella to get the gift and keep it dry. Thanks, we will be utilizing the services again here in the future.

Virtually every time my wife and I go out we try to make it a point to go somewhere where Safeway is performing valet services. Extremely professional, clean and efficient drivers who are very courteous and appear to truly care about the customer and the overall experience. Great group to deal with all around!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is per hour per Valet Attendant. The bigger the event or Venue the more Valets will be staffed hence a less hourly rate per Valet Attendant.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very seamless. Typically a new customer will call our office to go over specific details. From there we send over an official quote and once accepted you are ready to go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an extremely selective hiring process. Our employee standards supersede other Valet companies standards. Our Valets have an extensive background in the hospitality and customer service industries along with superior motor vehicle operational skills.
