- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system. I have Social Media packages that start as low as $5 a day to $97/day. Services are paid quarterly + a one-time set up fee. I run different promotions every month, and I am always able to provide one month of service Free with an annual payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I attend 2-3 internet marketing conferences all over the country every year. I make sure I meet, and learn from the brightest minds in the industry. Also, as a certified independent marketing advisor for DotComSecret LOCAL I attend bi-monthly workshops to learn recent marketing trends and current online marketing strategies and updates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I already knew how to build websites, and I already worked with a team of great graphic designers and web developers/programmers - it was a necessity to become an expert in Social Media to grow my online marketing company. Today - I believe anything done online starts with Social Media - Customers check their phones constantly, Customers are shopping and clicking promotions via their social network profiles - Social Media is Online Marketing - if your business does not have an online presence, customers will go to your competitor.
