FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our work depending on what best fits our clients needs. For instance, if a client has many small work requests that may continue to grow as we progress, most likely a cost plus or time and material type of billing would be in place. However, if a client has a specific plan and design in place, we would provide a specific price for all material and labor required to complete the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we meet with our client and determine what their goals are. Not just for construction, but functionality, design, cost, and typical use. We help our customer to decide what's most important within these goals and the best way to make sure the end result exceeds their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working first hand with some of the best craftsmen amongst our field for over twenty years. I continue to further my own personal education in construction management and business case scenarios as well as construction laws and code enforcement. All of my technicians have a minimum of five years working experience as a lead craftsmen and construction management. Most training is on the job, first hand experience and knowledge, but some have college based technical courses preceeding their working experience.
